Leave All The Junk Food

Do you know that how much calories you are taking from the junk food, you are eating everyday? Leave all the junk food, if you really want to look smart and young and if you really want to enjoy your wardrobe which you can be missed due to over weight problem. Try to wake up early in the morning and do light exercise so that you will able to breathe in a fresh air and also you will get energetic feeling. After having your exercise, take one glass of water along with the lemon juice add in it. Make it sure that water should be warm because it helps your immune system, to run properly as well as lemon helps to cleanse your extra fats in a very efficient way. Give your body a five minute relaxation, after having the one glass of water and lemon. Because when you will take pause for five minutes, lemon and water will start their processing and let your body fats to be softened.

After ten minutes, take your healthy breakfast which would include two eggs, full of proteins which will help your metabolism process to run actively. After having the egg, take two types of fruit which should be full of vitamin C. After having the breakfast, your tummy becomes full enough to spend the whole day easily. In the lunch, you should take one bowl of salad along with having lean protein like tuna, chicken etc. In the evening, you should take one cup of yogurt because yogurt helps to cleanse your extra fats which you have got in the breakfast and in the lunch too. Then same in the dinner, you should also take lean protein food but make it sure that you are not having large portions.
